E-Submission: New Business AND Licensing & Contracting Now Supported!
We have setup a new website for submitting New Business Apps and Licensing and Contracting Forms. It is located at http://newbiz.hbwinc.com.
LICENSING
To submit a new HBW/American General Agent Agreement, do the following:
1. Go to www.hbwinc.com and click on "Sign Up Today!".
2. Click on "HBW Contract and American General Appointment". This will open the HBW/AG paperwork in your browser.
3. Fill out the form.
4. In Internet Explorer, select File, then Save As… In Firefox, select File, then Save Page As…
5. Navigate to your desktop and save the file there.
6. The changes you made to the form will be saved. You can now upload the form directly to HBW without printing or faxing.
7. Go to newbiz.hbwinc.com and click on "Submit Licensing Document".
8. Click "Browse" and navigate to the file you saved on your desktop, select it, then click "Open".
9. Now press "Submit".
10. You’re done!
You can also submit any other Licensing and Contracting Form that you have scanned and saved as .pdf this way.
NEW BUSINESS
This site allows you to select apps, which have been saved as PDFs, on your computer, and upload them directly to HBW's New Business Department.
After you have selected the New Business website, follow the instructions below.
Instructions:
1. Go to newbiz.hbwinc.com and click on "Submit New Business Document".
2. Use the browse button, to select the application you wish to submit. (Note: Scanned applications should be saved as TIF or PDF files, at a resolution below 300dpi.)
3. Click on the submit button, to send the application.
4. Click on the Return link, to return to the previous web page, to submit another application.
